A) Seller Requirements

• The seller must be the lawful owner or authorized supplier of all listed products.
• The seller must provide a valid business address, contact information, and banking details.
• Sellers must be able to ship products to Canada, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and other destinations.
• Product pricing and inventory availability must be updated regularly.
• The seller is fully responsible for the authenticity, quality, specifications, and accuracy of all listed products.
• Orders must be prepared and shipped within the timeframe specified by the seller.

B) Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Products remain stored in the seller's warehouse, workshop, or store. The seller is solely responsible for order preparation, packaging, and ensuring that products are delivered safely and in good condition.
• The seller is required to determine the preparation time and shipping cost for each product individually, based on its weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
• Upon receiving an order and direct payment from the customer, the seller shall coordinate, dispatch the order, and keep the customer informed regarding the order status.
• To ensure greater accuracy in shipping calculations, CyrusCrafts recommends that shipping costs be determined based on the final destination after the order has been placed and then communicated to the customer accordingly.
• Providing shipment tracking information and obtaining confirmation of delivery from the customer shall be the responsibility of the seller.

C) Product Submission Requirements

• High-quality product images in sufficient quantity to clearly display all product details (up to five high-resolution images per product may be published on the CyrusCrafts website and Instagram page).
• Accurate and comprehensive product descriptions.
• Correct dimensions, weight, and technical specifications.
• Transparent and competitive pricing.

It is agreed that in the event of any customer complaint, dispute, dissatisfaction, or claim regarding a listed product, the seller shall be solely responsible for resolving the matter, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any resulting claims or complaints.
